At VICES, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality of our products. Most in-stock, pre-made items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

For products labeled as “Preorder” in the product description, please allow 3–5 weeks for processing and shipping. Preorder items are produced in limited quantities and require additional time to manufacture before fulfillment. Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email. While shipping times provided are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control, VICES makes every effort to dispatch all orders in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
